Check out Bottle Farm by environmentally-friendly Toronto designers Brothers Dressler.
The vertical planter is made of four upcycled plastic bottles positioned to a solid piece of discarded walnut by their threaded ends.
The planter is wall mounted using reclaimed hardware and can be custom ordered.

The Sky Planter is a space efficient way to grow flowers and herbs in small — albeit sunlit — apartments.
The dirt is kept in place by a locking disk and just the right amount of water reaches the plant roots thanks to a resevoir system drip.
