BARE TECHNOLOGY

bare conductive1

The result of a project between Royal College of Art grads Bibi Nelson, Matt Johnson, Isabel Lizardi and Becky Pilditch, Bare is a temporary and non-toxic conductive body paint.

Comprised of non-metallic materials, Bare can be brushed, sprayed or stamped directly on to skin to bridge the gap between electronics and the body.

This ink has the potential to not only do away with cables and wires but also facilitates new interfaces with electronic technology through movement, gesture and touch as custom circuits can be designed and applied in the same way as body art and tattoos.
